Once a booking is made we will ask for a deposit of 10% of the total hire amount
to confirm the booking. This deposit is non returnable if the booking is cancelled by the hirer within 7 days of the date of hire.
All hired items are subject to terms &conditions supplied to you in full after a booking is made and at the time of hire, at which time these must be signed by the main hirer to agree to these terms & conditions.
Once bookings are made you will receive confirmation by letter, stating the time, date and venue, we will also send out general information on the castle or items to be hired, together with a copy of our terms and conditions for hire. We ask you to inform us of any changes or problems as soon as possible.
Clear or side access is required for delivery of castles.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to bad weather, if we deem it
unsafe. Or if we feel the area is unsafe for any of our hired items. If we cancel for this reason a full refund of deposits paid will be given.
Final payment must be made on delivery of hired items by cash.
The main hirer needs to be a responsible person, over the age of 18, and
needs to be available at the arranged time for delivery to sign the hire agreements.
Length of hire is at our discretion, and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
